Consideration for Health and Environment
Water
occupies two thirds of human body. The ingredient of water in human
body inherits from the sea water that produced primitive lives on
the earth about 3.5 billion years ago. Water is the very origin of
lives and it is an indispensable natural resource for all living
things on the earth. It, however, has been neglected so long time
because it exists too close to us. We have been consistently working
for water since the foundation of IBE company limited in 1975.
We are not only supporting people’s life for drinking water
but we have developed our cooperation to the fields of agriculture,
fishery,
animal farming and improvement of fuel efficiency by our improved
water. We are continuing our research for p-water
system which has its origin in nature and intend to support natural
environment and sound lives by brining out infinite potential power
of water. |

The p-water
system is a unique technology, created through the study of bioscience.
It is exactly the same as "life energy", which a living entity naturally
possesses. The p-water system is induced
from a very small amount of ferric ions in the active state. The
application of p-water system can activate
the living energy of plants and animals to promote their healthy
growth. Moreover, it can improve water and soil quality, deodorize,
retard spoilage of food, fortify concrete, and potentiate bio-catalytic
function. Scientific technology has developed rapidly in
the 20th century. However, it has also brought serious problems:
nuclear and environmental pollution, such as destruction of the ozone
layer, acid rain, and global warming. Human lives are now at risk
because of the pollution of soil, water, and air. It is said that
the modern science that originated in Western civilization is at
a standstill. We are certain that the p-water
system will present mankind with solutions to many environmental
problems deriving from modern scientific technology. The p-water
system is based on harmony within nature. Please note that the p-water
system causes not only biological activation, but also non-biological
reaction in various industrial applications. This means that the
essence of this technology is not limited only to its effects on
water, proteins, or enzymes, but that the p-water
system causes changes and reactions at the level of molecules and
atoms, which are the very origin of all substances. These changes
may indicate that p-water represents a
new scientific technology system outside of the existing and vast
scientific knowledge of modern science. The application
of p-water system is now ahead of its
basic research and studies. Basic research of the p-water
system had only just begun. Unfortunately, most of its principles
remain unknown or unsolved at this time. We are trying our best to
develop and spread the use of p-water
technology as quickly as we can. However, our human and monetary
resources are quite limited. We must undertake research and development
of the p-water system on a national scale
rather than undertaking it as a private project. We will strive toward
further studies and applications of this exciting p-water
technology. Thank you.

Born in Aichi prefecture, Japan
in 1942, Doctor Makino graduated from the Science Department of
Tohoku University. He attained his doctorate from the Graduate School
of Nagoya University. In 1975, after working at a pharmaceutical
company for a time, he founded IBE, a limited company, aimed at
developing and applying the p-water system.
Since then he has been active in p-water
research and its applications in health and fitness, biotechnology,
agriculture, engineering, and fisheries. Recently, centered
on the Association for Research and Propagation of Bio Energy Systems,
and in cooperation with a number of other medical researchers, he
has been involved in clinical experimentation aimed at clarifying
the clinical effect of p-water on living
body. He also involved in promoting p-water
abroad in a number of countries including Korea, Taiwan, China,
Malaysia, Philippines, America, Australia, Hungary, Germany and
other European countries. He is the chief director of the Association
for Research and Propagation of Bio Energy Systems. In 2001
he was awarded "The Prize of Distinguished Services for Society
and Culture" by Japan Culture Promoting Association and "The
World Peace Grand Prize" by Lincoln Memorial Foundation for
Peace.
